NSF to Invest $18.5 Million in Green Grid Technologies

North Carolina State University will soon host a new
Engineering Research Center for the National Science
Foundation (NSF). The new center will develop electrical grid
technologies to create an “Internet for energy” that will better
accommodate the use of renewable energy.
