Plant to provide vast biomass market (Marshalltown Times-Republican)

As the proposed Alliant Energy power plant in Marshalltown makes its way through the approval process, there are groups aligning to get a piece of the pie. One group is the growing biomass industry as the plant is expected to burn five to 10 percent of switchgrass or corn stover along with the main power source of coal.
