Asian markets advance on hopes of global recovery; banks surge (Nasdaq)

(RTTNews) – Major markets across the Asia-Pacific region ended Friday’s trading session in the green, led by banking and resource stocks, as hopes of a revival in the global economy strengthened after the US markets closed in the green for the third consecutive day on better-than-expected retail sales data for February.
